Britain’s Christian Party moving forward…
From the Christian Party’s fall e-letter…
This Saturday is the Onward & Upward Christian Party Meeting
This day event will outline how the party is moving forward along with new social projects the Christian Party are involved in. We will take a step by step walk through the Local Christian Party manual. Speakers will include Rev George Hargreaves and Philip Richards who is a major donor to the party. This will all take place at the refurbished headquarters at 502 Kingsland Road, Hackney, London.
We have some exciting news on community projects we are setting up and how the party will move forward in grassroots work.
The meeting is open to members and our candidates, however if you are interested in starting a local Christian Party in their area and want to know the details of doing this then you need to be there too. This will be a very inspiring meeting so please get here if you can.

Paul Shaw
You may remember the court case on Paul Shaw who was charged with ‘Hate Crime’ regarding an election address during the last election. His case was adjourned and scheduled to be heard again on September 23rd. Thankfully the case was dropped on this date due to lack of evidence. Lets continue to prayer that freedom of speech regarding our faith will not continue to be dragged into the judicial system in our nation.
Elections 2011
The Welsh Christian Party are gearing up for the National Assembly of Wales Election in May 2011. There are 40 Constituencies and 20 Regional States and the Party is hoping to stand around 25 candidates across Wales. At present they have potentially 11 candidates and are looking for more.

The Scottish Christian Party will be standing in Elections also in 2011. If you live in or near these regions and would like to volunteer or stand as a candidate in May 2011, please contact us.
