“The Age of Sexual Consent” is a Bad Way to Fight Pedophilia
One of the main issues social conservatives in Canada and elsewhere have been championing has been the raising of the age of sexual consent – in Canada from 14 to 18. (It was raised to 16 a couple of years ago.) Sex with anybody below the age of consent was identified as pedophilia, a grotesque offense against vulnerable children. Read more... “I don’t want men looking at me lustfully when I work here.”

“Human Rights” is a law code. As such, it’s mutually exclusive of God’s Law, the Decalogue. There may be touching points. God’s Law bans murder (Commandment #6). So does “Human Rights.” Wait a second, no it doesn’t. Well not for everyone. Not for unborn babies. And in some countries, not for those who want to commit suicide. The Separatist MP who is pushing euthanasia in Canada says all Canadians should have the right to die with dignity. Read more... (589 words, estimated 2:21 mins reading time)

Why do humanists have to lie to prop up their system? Alright, stupid question!
Jennifer Lynch, the Chief Commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission, has been through the ringer more than once in the past few years over her support for censorship and her zealous commitment to affirmative action, which she cleverly calls “equality.” Actually, she’s not that clever; most of today’s establishment actors hide their discrimination behind the language of equality, even using the term “equality of opportunity” in reference to its opposite, parity of outcome. Most Canadian Christians seem to have abandoned Christian social theory and joined non-Christians in believing that the state has a role to play in fighting “discrimination.” If Christians took just a little more time to think through the issue, they would realize how absurd this notion is. Two very disturbing socialist/homosexualist stories hit the media this past week. In the U.S., a lesbian with the help of the atheist revolutionaries at the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union), tried to gain permission to participate in her school prom with her lesbian lover as her date. In British Columbia, two homosexuals filed a discrimination complaint against a Christian couple for not renting them a room in their Bed & Breakfast establishment. Read more...
