I read an article yesterday which reported on an apparent trend of America being under attack from right-wing terrorists, which the Miami Herald writer also called “white Christian men.”
With the successful passage of Bill C-19, Ending of the Long-Gun Registry Act, Mr. Harper’s Conservative government has delivered on a long-standing promise and they deserve credit for completing this task.

Kansas Right to Bear Arms Ballot Measure
This measure would amend the state constitution to include the right to bear arms.
88% support with 90% of precincts reporting
Arizona Right to Hunt Ballot Measure
This measure would add a constitutional amendment stating that Arizonans have the “right to hunt, fish and harvest wildlife lawfully.” It would also give the state legislature the exclusive authority to make laws regarding hunting, fishing and harvesting wildlife.

Judge finds David Chen not guilty; or, The Grocer Wore Grey

In a cliffhanger ruling that mixed references to film noir and pulp fiction, Justice Ramez Khawly of the Ontario Court of Justice took two hours yesterday, in a court packed with 100 people, to get to his decision: David Chen, the vigilante grocer, is not guilty on all charges.
