We are asking you to pray. If you have read a copy of our booklet, “The Biblical Legacy of Canada’s Parliament Buildings,” you will know that a clear Gospel message can be seen in the selection of Scriptures that are found primarily on the Tower of Peace and Victory (the Peace Tower). We bring out that message in the course of discussing the Scriptures and some Canadian history in this booklet.

Humanists despise self-defense and private protection – because they’re Humanists
We have said before that Humanists don’t have a philosophical framework to make sense of the idea of Separation of Church and State. Sure they use the language a lot, and even intimidate Christians with it because Christians don’t know how to make their case. But Humanists are talking about the separation of (the Christian) religion from politics when they use the language of Church and State.

Well, I have to admit that I was hoping for more than 5 responses for Randy Donauer from the few hundred people on out email list. I know it’s only been a day, and that more responses will be coming in from some of you. I encourage you not to forget this case if you’re delayed in being able to respond and express your support. If you have other ways of expressing your support, please use them as well.
A self-professed atheist is threatening to file a lynching – a human rights complaint – against a Christian Saskatoon counsellor for saying grace in public. This is outrageous, but it illustrates the zealotry of atheism and humanism. These ideologues try to smear Christianity – and especially Christian conservatives – as zealots. But Christians don’t behave like this. It does, however, seem to be the way a growing number of atheists/humanists behave.
Every time I’m about to buy into the myth that Alberta is Canada’s conservative heartland, I come across another story to disabuse me of such foolish thoughts…
