Judge temporarily off bench over online sex photos

A prominent Manitoba judge whose husband allegedly posted nude photos of her in bondage gear engaging in oral sex on an Internet porn site has been temporarily relieved of her duties. Lori Douglas, associate chief justice of the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench Family Division, became the centre of a scandal on Tuesday following media reports that she is the subject of at least 30 sexually explicit photos posted online.

GUELPH — Women were busting out their breasts in downtown Guelph Saturday for a festival that encourages women to be comfortable without their tops on in the same places where men roam shirtless. Supreme Court dismisses application for review of males-only job posting
The Supreme Court of P.E.I. has dismissed an application for judicial review filed by the P.E.I. Union of Public Sector Employees over the posting of males-only employment positions for addiction services. In a 19-page decision written by Supreme Court Justice Gordon Campbell, the court agreed with the findings of an arbitration board which dismissed two grievances filed by the union in this matter. Campbell found that the arbitration board’s ruling was reasonable given existing legislation.
