It is sickening to read about the teen suicides below and the persecution they faced. The article reports that a couple of hte parents are suing the school for not addressing the abuse and bullying. The schools have a responsibility in this area, but every time I read an article like this, I ask, “What on earth were the parents doing?” It is enraging to consider these parents who wallowed in the slave mentality of perceived choicelessness and kept sending their children into this world of misery and abuse. Ontario Law Could See Gay Counselling for Youth Behind Parents’ Backs

TORONTO, Ontario – The Ontario Ministry of Education is implementing a new “safe schools” policy that some fear could see students offered “sexual orientation” or “gender identity” counselling behind their parents’ back. Bill 157, the “Keeping Our Kids Safe at School” Act, which took effect February 1st, makes it mandatory for school staff to report incidents of inappropriate student behaviour, such as bullying, to principals.
