Prop. 8 Attorneys File Appeal to Defend California’s Marriage Law

SAN FRANCISCO – Pro-family attorneys representing California’s constitutional amendment prohibiting same-sex “marriage” filed an appeal on Thursday with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, asking the federal court to overturn a federal judge’s ruling invalidating the ban.

The vigilante and totalitarian streams of homosexualism seem to be getting stronger. Some of these vigilantes are even hiding behind the law and slippery rhetoric to advance their destructive and irrational agenda. Such is the case with the homosexual federal judge you ruled Wednesday against marriage, striking down California’s Proposition 8. Judge Vaughn Walker’s flagrant dismissal of an initiative that was initiated by the citizenry is only one aspect of the vigilante behaviour of this elitist.
