Thank you for your assistance [he purchased a copy of "State vs. Church"]. The concept of four governance “jurisdictions” helps to explain the turmoil of life when the one jurisdiction invades the others. I want to use that idea to enlighten our church folk as we address social issues. – PM

Re: Leadership for Canada’s Christian reformation: Are you ready?
“Inspiring…” – LN
Fantastic news letter Tim. God’s law in brief was particularly pertinent for for me and all believers, I would imagine. We delude ourselves thinking God is pleased with our sacrifices as we give of our abundance. Thanks. – IT

I’m a newcomer to ChristianGovernance, but the recent attack on ChrGov in the Kingston Whig-Standard indicates that it is on the right track and is making a difference. I hope to learn from the way ChrGov approaches engagement with our culture. Enclosed is a small donation in support of your work. -AK

Keep up the good work! P.S. It is a new semester and a few more [ChristianGovernance] brochures to place here would be great. – JL

Re: ChristianGovernance attacked by mainstream media
Christians are being actively shut down by our government and we need to stand together to oppose this. Just recently, Dr. Charles McVety (Canada Christian College and Word.ca) was taken off the air by the Canadian Broadcast Standards Committee because they felt his message was offensive to some viewers. His message was the abomination of trans-gendered peoples and the very real risk of abuse to children if men are allowed to use women’s washrooms, showers, etc. that children also use. Programs such as this are an essential component in educating Christians about the filth that permeates in our society and how to protect ourselves and petition for change. This government is exhibiting the same type of dictatorship that we find in many other oppressed countries in the world that experience atrocities against anyone who has the courage to speak out against them or speak up for what is good. Thankfully, Mr. McVety is once again on the air, but is being watched closely. It is interesting however, that we Christians are insulted on every level in the media but those shows are allowed to continue uncensored. Political correctness is everywhere – except when it comes to protecting Christians. We MUST stand up and unite to oppose that which is evil. – G

Hello Bro. Tim, Happy New Year to you. I just wanted to send you a word of encouragement, Keep up your great work. – L
“Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.” 1 John 3:13
“If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you…. If they persecuted Me they will persecute you… for they do not know the One who sent Me.” John 15:19-21
“Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” Matthew 5:11

Re: Do you believe in Biblical manhood and Biblical womanhood?
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, men ought to be the ones providing for their families – not society and not their wives. Hard-working people are tired of paying increasingly high taxes so single mothers can get hand-outs from the government because the men don’t want to fulfill their responsibilities.
Mothers ought to be home raising their children and nurturing them and teaching them morals, independence, confidence and creativity, and men ought to be bringing home the paycheques and being an example of wisdom and strength. Once mothers entered the workforce, our society took a dramatic nose-dive and today we have young adults, teenagers, and even children who are looking to drugs, sex, and other destructive behaviours to ease the pain of being neglected and left alone to learn the ways of the world. It is not surprising that teens have one of the highest suicide rates. (The numbers might even be higher if you consider that driving while drunk and some other high-risk behaviours are not identified as suicide when they may actually be.) Our downfall is all based on a desire for more and more money and more and more toys to fill our houses and driveways. And unfortunately, many “men” are pushing for this and have their minds made up that they want their wives to be equal providers financially.
God gave men and women very distinctive roles. This does not mean one is more important than the other. It is a partnership with each role having equal value. Unfortunately, feminism destroyed that ideal that was working so well for thousands of years. They cited oppression as the major reason women needed to get out of the house and into a paying job. Women were not oppressed in loving marriages. They were valued and cared for and they in turn, valued and cared for their husbands and children and homes and communities. Years ago, families were solid and children were serious about becoming true, functioning adults, and serious about education and careers. Hand-outs were shameful. How far we have fallen. – G
In a recent Swift Current edition of The Prairie Post, Swift Current resident William Gibbs writes about the “right wing think tank” website christiangovernance.ca and notes that their “new hero” is MP David Aanderson for his recent stand against the new ruling which forces marriage commissioners in Saskatchewan to perform gay marriages even when it goes against their religious beliefs. Mr. Anderson had made the point that they were throwing out the rights of the marriage commissioners in favour of the rights of homosexuals. And of course Mr. Anderson is absolutely correct in that view.
I’d like to thank Mr. William Gibbs of Swift Current for writing this letter to the Prairie Post. Without him, I would have never heard about this fabulous website.
And I have to think it is because of people like Mr. Gibbs that this website exist. People who cry out how intolerant this website is, while ignoring their own intolerance. If a Christian believes gay marriage is wrong and that is “intolerance” to you Mr. Gibbs, then your own views that deny the rights of Christians to honour their own beliefs is also intolerant. That’s right. For some reason gay supporters believe it is only “intolerance” when it is directed at gays, but believe that their own views should be seen as tolerant. Modern behavioural science calls that delusional.
Thanks to the operators of the ChristianGovernance website for standing up with the truth and acting as a mirror to those who can’t see themselves for what they truly are.
