On November 18th, MP Bill Siksay traded his position for debate of his Bathroom Bill, C-389, with NDP MP Olivia Chow, so the next hour of debate on Bill C-389 now is Dec. 7th.

There are 2 more hours of debate on the bill prior to the 3rd reading vote, so after the Dec. 7th debate, the bill will drop to the bottom of the list of Private Members’ Bills again, and will come up for its final hour of debate around March 7th/8th based on the current Parliamentary calendar.

Bill Siksay can probably again trade his place on the schedule for debate with someone closer to the top so as to gain an earlier date for the final hour of debate on his bill, so the final hour of debate and 3rd reading vote may be earlier than March 7th/8th.
