But we should expect sound principles and sound leadership. The Wildrose scores more points than its opponents on both counts. I'm really amazed that a few, small number of small c conservatives can still call the PC party home. It is absolutely clear that the Party has abandoned every notion of small c government with the election centre left leader Alison Redford....the only reason she got in was because of union support! Canada pretends to be a democracy while never consulting with taxpayers about anything! The only thing the people vote on in Canada, is which party will lead, good or bad. Then once they are in, you cannot get them out! If they are finally ousted, they unjustly get a golden parachute package, paid by the taxpayer! What kind of a system is that??? Regardless of the party in power, Canadians continue to see their civil rights disappear before their eyes as "socilaist" governments become ever more oppressive. Danielle Smith is pro-abortion and all for gay "rights" (read, the homosexual agenda). She may have some good ideas on the general running of the province and is determined to reign in the draconian "human rights" commissions, but like our well-meaning Muslim mayor of Calgary, Naheed Nenshi, my question is; should we as Christians vote for these individuals at all? Indeed, what will be their ultimate eternal destination? I have little faith in any political party, whether provincial or federal.
