What is Christian Governance?

May 24, 2010

Christian governance includes self-government, family government, church government and civil government.

Where people are governed by more than one level of civil government, Christian civil governance gives deference to the lowest level of government, that is, the level of government closest to the people being served. A Christian worldview advances the ideas of localism and decentralization.

What does theocracy REALLY mean?

May 23, 2010

OK, when Christians decide to get into the attack game with the same superficial rhetoric that non-Christians are using against Biblically faithful Christians, then it’s time to provide some clarity to the discussion.

Secular fundamentalists want to suppress all other public religion

May 22, 2010

Secular humanists appear to be as exclusivist and fundamentalist as the religions they despise. Humanists are quickly becoming the leading enemies of pluralism and tolerance. Child abuse and elder abuse in McGuinty’s eco-agenda

May 20, 2010

Excerpts from: “Keeping Ontario ugly: The residential pesticide ban, one year later,” by Peter Shawn Taylor (National Post – May 18, 2010). Read the complete article here.

Provincial politicians often promise that their province won’t look the same once they’re done. Usually, they’re talking about taxes, jobs, education or the laws of the land. While these are all important issues, they frankly don’t have much physical presence in everyday life. Your street generally looks the same regardless of who’s in power.

May 18, 2010

Christian Horizons – May 17, 2010

Dear Member,
