“The Age of Sexual Consent” is a Bad Way to Fight Pedophilia

One of the main issues social conservatives in Canada and elsewhere have been championing has been the raising of the age of sexual consent – in Canada from 14 to 18. (It was raised to 16 a couple of years ago.) Sex with anybody below the age of consent was identified as pedophilia, a grotesque offense against vulnerable children.

Civilization and Self-Control
By Bojidar Marinov

“I don’t want men looking at me lustfully when I work here.”

This is how a Muslim girl, cashier at Wal-Mart, replied to my wife’s question about the purpose of her head-covering, wrapped tightly around her head, covering everything except her face.

It’s a big, scary question. It’s a question everyone asks at some point. It’s a question CollegePlus! helps students answer using a technique called “Life Purpose Planning”. “Human Rights” vs. God’s Law

April 20, 2010

“Human Rights” is a law code. As such, it’s mutually exclusive of God’s Law, the Decalogue. There may be touching points. God’s Law bans murder (Commandment #6). So does “Human Rights.” Wait a second, no it doesn’t. Well not for everyone. Not for unborn babies. And in some countries, not for those who want to commit suicide. The Separatist MP who is pushing euthanasia in Canada says all Canadians should have the right to die with dignity.

Another Lynching of Canada by CHRC Chairman

April 18, 2010

Why do humanists have to lie to prop up their system? Alright, stupid question!

Jennifer Lynch, the Chief Commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission, has been through the ringer more than once in the past few years over her support for censorship and her zealous commitment to affirmative action, which she cleverly calls “equality.” Actually, she’s not that clever; most of today’s establishment actors hide their discrimination behind the language of equality, even using the term “equality of opportunity” in reference to its opposite, parity of outcome.

April 12, 2010

I started to read through Exodus again last week. Part of the account of God’s deliverance of the Israelites from the Egyptian Pharaoh is very instructive in light of the reports from the U.S. and from various Canadian provinces about rising taxes.

Canada’s anti-discrimination laws are stridently discriminatory

April 9, 2010

Most Canadian Christians seem to have abandoned Christian social theory and joined non-Christians in believing that the state has a role to play in fighting “discrimination.” If Christians took just a little more time to think through the issue, they would realize how absurd this notion is.

Homosexuals exploit socialism against Christianity

April 9, 2010

Two very disturbing socialist/homosexualist stories hit the media this past week. In the U.S., a lesbian with the help of the atheist revolutionaries at the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union), tried to gain permission to participate in her school prom with her lesbian lover as her date. In British Columbia, two homosexuals filed a discrimination complaint against a Christian couple for not renting them a room in their Bed & Breakfast establishment.
